Mitsubishi cars and light commercial vehicles are imported and distributed in the UK by The Colt Car Company Limited - a privately-owned business established in 1974 specifically for this purpose.
We're a joint venture partnership between British shareholders (51%) and Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan (49%) and we operate from Head Quarters in the historic Cotswold market town of Cirencester, 20 minutes drive from Swindon and 30 minutes from Cheltenham.
With a network of approximately 130 franchised Mitsubishi Motors dealerships throughout the UK and 10 dealerships which we own ourselves in Bristol, Cheltenham, Chessington, Chertsey, Cirencester, Dursley, Putney, Reading, Swindon and Weston-Super-Mare, we directly employ a core of around 450 permanent staff.
